When Will I Receive My Order?
All Nep + Plu pieces are carefully handcrafted and finished in our in our Cape Town Studio. We hold completed stock on hand in our Studio and orders will normally be dispatched within 2-5 working days of a successful order if the items are in stock.
Once your order has shipped, be sure to check your email for tracking updates.
Delivery times vary depending on your location but standard shipping generally takes between 2-5 business days to arrive.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Nep + Plu purchase. If something isn't quite right, here’s our simple process:
Contact Us Within 14 Days: Reach out to us using our Contact Form with your order number and the reason for your return.
Choose Your Resolution: We offer a refund (excluding shipping), store credit, or an exchange.
Send It Back: Items must be clean, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. You’re responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
For Faulty or Incorrect Items: We will cover the costs and make it right for you.
We offer a 6 month product warranty: Valid from the date of purchase providing you have the proof of order.
